By accessing and using Base Audit Agent ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Base Audit Agent provides automated audit services for Base blockchain applications, including mini-apps, AI agents, and smart contracts. The Service analyzes applications against a 142-checkpoint framework and provides recommendations for improvement.

IMPORTANT: Audit results are informational only and do not constitute financial, legal, or security advice.

3. No Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of audit results
• Security or safety of audited applications
• Absence of bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

4. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BASE AUDIT AGENT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Financial losses resulting from use of audited applications
• Security breaches or vulnerabilities in audited code
• False positives or false negatives in audit results
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting applications for audit
• Not use the Service for illegal or malicious purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or abuse the Service
• Conduct your own independent security reviews before deploying applications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

6. Payment Terms

Certain audit services require payment via x402 micropayments or cryptocurrency. By submitting payment, you agree that:

• All payments are non-refundable
• Prices may change without notice
• You are responsible for all blockchain transaction fees
• Failed audits due to invalid input are not refundable

7. Intellectual Property

The Base Audit Agent framework, checkpoint definitions, and audit logic are proprietary intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data necessary to provide audit services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to a jury trial.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
